In Academy of Business Training job skills classes, working professionals will learn the job skills every company looks for in a potential hire or promotion candidate. In the Business Writing course, students will learn effective business writing skills to properly convey ideas and concepts while ensuring the logical flow of thought and clarity to communicate with internal or external audiences which can significantly contribute to a company’s success.
In the Grammar Workshop, working professionals will learn the structural rules governing the composition of clauses, phrases, and words (morphology), the use of words in the construction of phrases and sentences (syntax), and grammar rules of the English language.

In the Customer Service Training class, students will learn best practices in providing assistance, advice, and support to those people who buy or use the company’s products or services before, during, and after the sale to ensure they have an easy and enjoyable experience with the company.
Diversity and inclusion training is designed to facilitate workplace positive inter-group interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively.
In the Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers course, students will learn about the financial information provided by accountants and how to analyze that information to make informed decisions for improved profitability.
In the Communication Skills Training course, students will learn the ability to convey information to employees, managers, and customers in-person, online, in writing, and on the phone to effectively and efficiently communicate with good verbal, non-verbal, and written skills to help facilitate the sharing of information.
In the Public Speaking and Presentation Skills Training Class students will learn one of the most important and most dreaded forms of communication, the process or act of performing a speech to a live audience to inform, to persuade, and/or to entertain for the purpose of forming connections, influencing decisions, and motivating change.
In the Technical Writing Course, students will learn how to prepare documents that communicate technical or specialized topics in a relevant, useful, and accurate manner to one or more targeted audiences, simplifying the complex as needed, to enable the organization to explain internal procedures, design and produce products, implement processes, sell products and services to other businesses, or define policies.
In the Time Management Training course, students will learn the process of organizing and planning the best way to divide their time between specific tasks and responsibilities. On completion of the course, students will be able to work smarter, not harder, so they get more done in less time improving efficiency and reducing stress not only in their employment but also in their family, personal, and social life.
In the Train the Trainer Certification course, students will learn skills to improve the competency and the productivity of one of the most critical pieces for success of any company…the training of adult learners.
