CPA CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) CREDITS

 Learn in-person or online accounting/treasury best practices and earn CPE credits in one to five-day CPA continuing education classes.

The Academy of Business Training, sponsor number CPE.00469, provides Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits to meet the continuing education requirement for Certified Public Accountants. We comply with the Standards for Continuing Professional Education Programs administrated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

Course registration and, where applicable, attendance requirements: Course registration information is listed on each course page. Students must attend all training sessions for the delivery method they have chosen. For self-study, all assignments must be completed.

Refund and cancellation policy for Public Classes and Public Webinars: If you need to cancel, you may do so for any reason up to 48 hours before class starts for 1) a refund minus any accumulated fees (the credit card processor will not refund the processing fee of 3%) or 2) credit toward another class. After 48 hours before class starts, you may cancel by contacting your instructor (contact information will be in the email you receive) within two hours before class begins for full credit toward another class. No refunds or credits will be issued if you fail to contact the instructor before class starts (emergencies excepted). If you have any questions at any time, please get in touch with us.

Refund and cancellation policy for Group Training Onsite or Webinar: If you need to cancel, you may do so for any reason up to ten days before class starts for 1) a refund minus any accumulated fees, including an administration fee of $250.00 plus the credit card processing fee of 3% (the credit card processor will not refund this) or 2) credit toward another class. After ten days before class starts, you may cancel by contacting your instructor (contact information will be in the email you receive) within two hours before class begins for full credit toward another class. No refunds or credits will be issued if you fail to contact the instructor before class starts (emergencies excepted). If you have any questions at any time, please get in touch with us.

Final authority on acceptance: Your State Board of Accountancy will have final authority on accepting individual courses for CPE credit. We recommend consulting your state board to see if the course is acceptable to them.​
