Disadvantaged businesses can apply for an Academy of Business Training Grant of up to 50%. Any of the following will qualify as a disadvantaged business: 1) In business for less than two years, 2) 51% woman-owned, 3) 51% veteran or veteran spouse-owned, 4) 51% minority-owned, or 5) sales less than five million dollars.
